Jennifer Grayson founded Lanera to solve a problem she kept seeing: small business owners hearing constantly about AI, without any clear sense of what actually applies to them — or the time to figure it out.
Her background isn't in infrastructure engineering. It's in understanding how businesses actually work — customers, workflows, messaging, and the everyday friction that eats up an owner's time. That's the harder problem, and the one that actually matters before any technology gets built.
Lanera's approach reflects that: understand the business first, then use modern AI and automation to solve real, specific problems — not sell a bigger piece of software than you need.
Jennifer is based in Parker, Colorado, and works with small and growing businesses across the Denver metro and Douglas County.
